I received and am installing the thermostat (part # AP3420688). The ground wire was easy to identify, however, which terminals do the wht and blk wires go to? They were removed by someone other than me. One is labelled "C" and one is labelled "L". Thanks!

Answer Randy, "L" stands for "line," which would be a voltage supply, and "C" stands for commonwhich would be a voltage out contact. So Black is normally a voltage in wire, and would attach to the terminal labelled "L" and "C" is a voltage out contact, and white is normally the outgoing leg to the neutral circuit. So, Black wire on the L terminal and white wire on the C terminal will get you wired up proper and running. Good Luck.
What is the lowest temp setting?
