Answer Pedro, First check to make sure there is nothing stuck between the tubs, if the washer fills, agitates and drains, then the timer would be the most likely issue.

Answer Arnold, First, remove the drive belt from the transmission pulley, turn the transmission pulley several revolutions in both directions, this will verify a possible transmission issue. You can also attempt to run the motor in the spin cycle, with the belt off, If the motor runs, this would indicate a possible motor issue, if not you'd want to circuit check the timer contacts in both the agitate and spin cycles to verify the timer is not the issue. Answer Joe, You're on track. The timer is the most likely issue, there are three circuits through the timer to make it agitate, if one of the timer circuits is not "closed" the washer won't agitate. Replace the timer WH12X10300 and you should be fine. Thanks
