Answer Hello Theresa, The flapper on the drain pump could cause a drainage issue. If the unit does not drain the water the unit will not spin. Check the drain lines and drain pump to make sure that vanes in the drain are not broken and that there are no clogs. You will also want to check your pressure hose to make sure that it is not kinked.
