Answer Hello Jeff, You will want to pull the belt off the transmission pulley and make sure that the motor spins freely by hand. If it does then leave belt off and see if when you turn unit on it will spin freely. If it doesn't replace the motor WH49X10035. If it does then you either have something in between the tubs or you have a bad transmission assembly WH38X10002.

Answer Hello Eric. Test and see if power stop to the valve and water continues to come into the unit. If so, replace the water valve on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
