What is the easiest way to remove the drain trough? I can see the two screws that hold it on but I don't see any way of getting to the screws without removing the condenser. Thanks for any info.
BUBBA3824 for Model Number TBX18DIXJRWW GE REFRIDGERATOR
Answer Hello Bubba3824. You do not need to remove the condenser, but will need to remove the floor in the freezer and may need to pull the evaporator coils up a little to access and replace the drain trough WR17X2283.
What is the name of the part which holds the water when the fridge defrosts automatically?
Marge for Model Number TBX18JAXBRWW
Answer Hello Marge. That is the drain pan or the unimount WR17X3759 in the model you provided. This part has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. Thanks.
