Does this baffle get installed at the bottom of the tub where the hinge is located? It looks just like the one that is in my machine and I am hoping that a new one will keep the dishwasher from leaking a bit from this lower right corner. Thank you.

My GE Nautilus is not draining water. I removed the panel and ran the motor, which seems to be ok, but I notice that the white plastic fan shaped piece that seems to have to drop "down" in order for the pump mechanism to engage does not engage. When I push it with my finger, it engages fine and the water drains. Then the plastic piece resets to "up". Does this mean I have to replace the whole machine or is this something more easily fixed?
