I realize that the turntable drive motor is (grinding) which is why the table doesn't turn, so I've tried to remove the coupler. It's not coming up and I've tried a number of different tools to lift it off the motor shaft. Any help would be great.

Latest Questions

I bought the coupler for the turntable. It goes in but not all the way down so the glass plate does not sit level. There is a little "hook" on the coupler. It does not have any play so the hook is sitting above where the coupler is, please help. Thanks, Sheree

Hello- I have a very old microwave whose turntable has stopped turning. From what I've read I guess I need a new 'coupler'? I took out the glass turntable and a plastic Y thing and there was a black piece that fit in the hole -it is craked and broken- the coupler? Anyway any suggestions as to what I could use since you probably don't carry the exact part for a 1989 GE microwave?? :-) Thanks
