I bought the coupler for the turntable. It goes in but not all the way down so the glass plate does not sit level. There is a little "hook" on the coupler. It does not have any play so the hook is sitting above where the coupler is, please help. Thanks, Sheree

There is most likely still a piece of the old coupler on the motor. You may have to remove the motor from the bottom of the unit to remove the piece. This is not uncommon, just aggravating. It isn't hard to remove the motor from the bottom. Just unplug the unit before beginning to avoid an electrical shock.
