The top sprayer does not appear to be spinning. I removed the water supply tube and there appears to be a blockage in the upper half somewhere. I'm assuming the water should flow freely up thru the top and into the top sprayer. Could something get blocked in there from the water supply? I haven't been able to dislodge anything and I'm thinking the only option is to replace the part.

Answer Hi Rick. Are you sure that there are no debris in the jet hole ends of the upper wash arm blocking water flow? If so use a pick tool to remove them while flushing out under the sink. Make sure you check the wash arm also turns effortlessly. Look at how the middle wash arm contacts the rear water manifold part # WD12X10057 firmly so there are no internal leaks not allowing the water to reach the top wash arm. You can UN clasp and remove the whole water manifold assy. and flush out w/ a hose. It will need to be removed in order to use a shop vac. and towels to clean the unit pump /sump area. Remove all racks, wash arms and remove the top filter of the motor. Then inspect and clean all parts to see if they need replaced. Make sure the impeller part # WD19X10038 is not broken along with the chopper blade. Thank You.
Is their suppose to be an o-ring on the piece that protrudes and feeds water the second level inline tube that butts up against it?

Answer Hello Jeanette. Yes, there is an o-ring on the water supply tube WD12X10113. You will need to order the tube for the o-ring. It is not available separately. Hope this helps.
