The water dispenser will not dispense water. I have replaced the filter and that didn't work. I ordered a water value from Appliance Parts Pros and that didn't work so I bypassed the filter and can get unfiltered water. Last week I ordered the water filter head from you and I would like some installation instructions. I have searched the internet and cannot find any instructions on replacing the filter head.

We do not have install instructions to send on part but to replace you will first unplug unit. With unit unplugged turn water supply off and remove lower cover of the back compartment. This will expose the water valve. Once you have valve exposed you will disconnect the water supply line and line to valve. Once this is done, there is a cover at the top of the refrigerator where the lines go into the cabinet. Remove cover then go to the front of unit. With doors open remove the filter and cover over the filter head. Once removed there will be a 1/4 " screw holding the filter head in place. Once removed you can pull the filter head assembly out. Once out install new filter head in reverse.
