I have adequate water pressure into the primary valve. My ice dispenser creates almost full cubes, although sometimes hollow. The water dispenser slowly started to decrease and then stopped all together. Now, when trying to dispense water, I also notice a leak coming from under the freezer side of the unit. I’m trying to figure if that is a separate problem, or related to one of the valves. Which valve should I purchase? Have you seen a leak like this before? Thank you

Hello, Ref. your part AP2071735 (GE WR57X10023), I have determined that this part is leaking water, not through the connection but out od the molded plastic. I am , however, not 100% certain that this is the right part as mine has a white plastic shield between the water inlet fitting and the solenoids. I do not see that piece on you pictures. Do I have the right part identified or has it been modified to no loner use that shield? Thanks

I have a leaking ice maker valve. Which water valve do I need to buy; 795 = WR57X10023 (AP2071735), 798 = WR57X10026 (AP2071738), or 799 = WR57X10024 (AP2071736)?

Hi. My Icemaker stopped making ice intermittently, now it has stopped completely. I also noticed that my water dispenser started leaking slowly about the same time. Are these two issues related?

I have leaking from the door dispenser - drip which is fast enough to fill tray daily. Fully operational and ice dispenser okay too. I sense I need water valve but unclear which one? "primary water valve", "water valve"? There seem to be a couple of choices. thanks.

Water dispensor problem. Confirmed continuity, i.e. ~356 ohms across all solinoids. Also confirmed 120VAC to valve when button is pushed and water supply OK. However, when disconnected water discharge from Primary valve and push button, no water through valve. No idea how to check mechanical operation of valve? Also no way to check secondary valve as no water passes primary valve. I hate to spend money for both valves. Any ideas how to check second valve or confirm it's mechanical problem on primary valve?
