The ice maker is working but no water comes out of the dispenser. No water comes out from the bottom line either when pressing the dispenser (after unhooking the water line). So, what is next, the valve, or the board ? Also, there is a lot of moisture condensation forming inside the dispenser housing and falling into the drip tray. Is this normal ? Regards,

HI! On this model it has 2 water valves. Do they have a screen in them? Next, does the water go through the filter on both? Thanks.

My icemaker makes ice cubes, but the in door water dispenser does not dispense water. I checked the water inlet valve at the back of the unit for power. It has power. It makes a humming noise when trying to dispense water.. This happened suddenly without warning.

I recently purchased a Inlet Water Valve from your company to replace the valve on my refrigerator which I believe is the reason that it is not dispensing water. The part I received differed from the assembly on the refrigerator and I would appreciate some clarification on how to proceed. The part you sent has one inlet for the copper supply line, two outlets for plastic hoses and two solenoid valves for controlling the supply though the device. The existing unit has two sets of TWO solenoid assemblies. The first, where the copper pipe inlet supply is connected has only one outlet (Although there is two coils with electrical connections, one of which seems to be open circuit). This outlet tube goes to the top of the back plate where it disappears under a cover plate into the interior. From under this same cover plate another plastic tube exits the interior. This feeds the second pair of solenoids from which two tubes disappear into the bowels of the refrigerator to feed the water dispenser and ice maker (I assume). Coincidently, one of these coils also appears to be open circuit. Questions: 1. Can the new part you sent be configured to suit my need ? 2. Do I need a new or additional assembly for my inlet/valve arrangement. If so what is its identity? 3. What would be the arrangement/use of the four existing electrical connectors and piping be if Question 1 was possible? I appreciate you help. John Gray
