The ice maker is working but no water comes out of the dispenser. No water comes out from the bottom line either when pressing the dispenser (after unhooking the water line). So, what is next, the valve, or the board ? Also, there is a lot of moisture condensation forming inside the dispenser housing and falling into the drip tray. Is this normal ? Regards,

HI! On this model it has 2 water valves. Do they have a screen in them? Next, does the water go through the filter on both? Thanks.

Latest Questions

I just recently change the water inlet valve WR57X10032. It worked fine for both ice maker and water dispenser for about 2 days. Now only water dispenser works, no water comes out to ice maker. I checked and found no frozen tube. is the valve broken again on ice maker side? Or is there new problem? Thank you for your time.

The water dispenser is working but the ice machine does not seem to have water flowing into the ice cube tray. Would this indicate the need for a new Water inlet valve. If so what is the part number? Thanks

In working through my water not functioning problem I replaced the water inlet valve, which turned out to not be the problem. My question is this, do these typically have a common lifespan, say 10 years? Or they typically last forever, but sometimes fail? I'm wondering if should just put the old one back in and return the new one or keep the new one? Thoughts...
