Answer Hello Andy. Test and see if your getting power to the water valve. If so, the valve will need to be replaced. As far as the moisture, check and see if the flap is closing all the way inside the dispenser assembly. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Bernie. Unhook the water line at the bottom of the freezer door and see if you have water there, when the dispenser is pressed. If so, the line in the freezer door is frozen. You can do a 3 to 4 hour thaw out with the doors open and the power off to clear this up. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Moe! WR57X10032 is a dual water inlet valve. It controls the water going to the ice maker and the dispenser area. The water valve includes the inlet screens. Also, both inlets pass water through the filter for filtered water in the ice maker and dispenser area. Thanks!

Answer Joe, If the water is overflowing the icemaker then you will want to check to make sure that the fill cup is not frozen. If the fill cup is frozen it may still fill but water will run over the side and down into the freezer compartment leaving icicles. If this is the case then the water valve would want to be replaced as it is allowing water to seep through when closed. If this is not the case then the icemaker is calling for too much water and icemaker would need to be replaced.

Answer Hello Kurt. The best way to repair the leaking line is to determine which line is leaking, then buy a coupling and cut the bad section out of the line and install the coupling to fix the issue.

Answer Tom, This issue would be caused by a bad water valve. The water valve is not fully seating so it is allowing water to come through and overfill the icemaker which would cause the ice not to eject and it would also cause ice build up in the trough.
