How Do You Remove old Rod Support To Install New one ?

Answer Hi Ron. Remove the power. Use a putty knife on top of the front panel to release the 2 corner top clips. Pull out the top of the front panel and then lift it up and off the front. Set is aside. Then Note all electrical connections on the motor and pump for proper reinstalling them. You are basically unclasping the complete wire harness to lift it up and out from the rear cabinet upper corner. Release the 2- front clips screws that hold the top down. Lift the top and disconnect the lid switch wires, hoses and the back upper hinge screws that hold the top on the unit. You will be lifting the complete wire harness as it is still hooked up to the top controls. Un bolt the support assy part # WH46X10270 and replace the part. Reassemble in reverse. Thank You.
