How do I replace "Cover Assembly, display Part Number: AP5018989"? I can't see any way to remove the unit from the front of the refrigerator door. We are having trouble with the water paddle not stopping the flow of water. Also have some of the led lights not working, and sometimes the ice flap will not close.

I ordered PN#ACQ36821618 to replace broken water dispenser. Do you have instructions on how to remove the old door cover so I can install the new one. I do not see any screws and am afraid I will break the trim by pulling on it. Thanks

The front cover piece of the water dispenser (marked with a the word "water" and a picture of a cub has a four plastic prongs that holds it onto the water dispenser - approx 3.5"x2.5"). One of the plastic pieces has broken off and the front cover piece will no longer stay on. Can you please advise if we can purchase the front cover plate only. Thanks.

Hi! I have to replace the Cap Assy. (5007JA3006Y) & spring (4970JA3011C). Do I get to these parts from the front of the door or from the inside of the door? If it is the front of the door I can not figure out how to get the stainless steel trim off without destroying it? Help!! My problem is the cap is not sealing properly. I have tried to clean it the best I can but it is still not sealing and it goes into like an auto flapping mode. If I gentle push on it the motion stops. Thanks
