My door will not shut properly. It Pops open when trying to shut it. It will shut but, easily pops open. When trying to start a wash cycle, I hear the 2 clicks and then, please close washer door error. What part would cause this? Was looking at the hinge, door switch assembly and the locker hook.

Answer Hi Robert. Make sure the unit is level with the leg nuts locked. Then check the door inside glass to see if it has debris stuck to the bottom side of the glass. Make sure the door boot is not wrinkled popping it back open. Then see if the door hinge part # 4775ER2002A is loose. Then you will need to replace the door latch part # 6601ER1004C and the door striker part # 4026ER4004B. Thank You.
