Answer Hello LGfanatic. That is correct you will need to bend the tabs to remove the cover 3551JJ2019D. If the cover is cold, use a hair dryer to warm it and the tabs bend easier than cold. Hope this helps.

Answer Hello Lorraine, you should take a look at the cover. Make sure that this is the only part that is damaged, if the hinge is part of the drawer you will have to replace it as well. Thanks!
