Our LG washer model WM2277HB would constantly give an LE error. I replace the Stator assembly part # 4417FA1994G. After doing so the washer worked for a couple of cycles, but then started giving the LE error again. I have removed power for 24 hours or more, but as soon as I start another cycle (even Rinse and Spin), the LE error is back. If it's not the Stator assembly, what part should I look at replacing next or should I just look for a new washer? This washer is about 6 years old.

My LG Tromm model WM2277HB started flashing an LE error and the drum will not spin. I have replaced the Stator and Hall sensor. Once replaced the washer worked for a couple of washes after reseting but now is displaying the LE error again even after power is disconnected for 24 hours or more. All other functions of the washer seems to working. Thought about replacing the control PCB board but not sure if it will fix the issue. Any advice you can give me would be great.

I have an LG Tromm, it has started flashing an LE error code. When I turn it on it will fill with water, but when it is time for the spin cycle the drum will make a small jerk but will not be able to spin. Searching online I see that I might need to replace the hall effect sensor, does that sound correct?

My LG acted like the motor would lock up or be overloaded. Eventually it gave me the infamous "LE" code. The suggestion was to test the stator and if it was ok, to replace the hall sensor. Which I ordered and installed. Now the motor does turn but it grinds and sounds overloaded and is making the stator smoke. I immediately disconnected the unit and tested the stator. It was hot but tested out 7 ohms on each leg. Now what the harness checks good. The control unit?. Any help owuld be appreciated.

I was told over the phone I needed the stator asy with hub. $200-$300 plus labor. How long does it take to replace? It is something a pretty handy person could do? And lastly, if it is hired out, what is an estimated price to replace the stator with sensor with labor? I am in a larger city so my price might be higher.
