I get the LE error code soon after the water fills. There seems to be no effort by the motor to turn or anything. No noise, no vibrations. I replaced the hall sensor, and still nothing. Would I need to replace the stator?
Answer Jeremy, First check and make sure there are no loose connections or broken wires between the main control board and the stator and motor. Remove and check the rotor and stator, make sure there aren't any cracks or breaks in the wires on the stator, or that it is warped or bent when mounted. Check for the proper resistance (8 to 11 ohms) of the stator windings: 1,yellow to 2,blue, 1yellow to 3,red, and 2,blue to 3,red . If all checks are proper and OK, the control board is not sending or receiving the information from the sensor or stator, and will need to be replaced.
