Answer Gene, You're on the right track. You'll need to remove the lower shelves and crispers, and check the water reservoir(Tubing) to see if it has froze. If that's the csae, you'll need a blow dryer to melt the ice in the tubes, and reset to refrigerator temperature control warmer. Also check and make sure the articles on the shelves are not creating a blockage in the air flow. 

Mark for Model Number LG LFX25960ST

Answer Hi Mark. After the filter has been removed there is a screw that is in the front top of the mount of the filter head part # 5230JA2003A. After this is removed, you push in on the water line gray circled collars and pull out on the water line at the same time. There are 2 black marks on the water line that need to be pushed into the head assy. to the second line fully so the line will not leak. Thank You.

Answer Hello Dan. If you replaced the filter and it still leaks, you will need to order and replace the filter head 5230JA2003A in the unit.

Answer Hi Jeff. Are you sure the water supply behind the unit is full of pressure. Use a bucket and disconnect the water line from the unit water valve. Flush the line out into a bucket ti insure strong water pressure and the line not kinked behind the unit. Behind the refrigerator drawers is the water tank part # 4838JA2003A. This is a coiled up set of water tubing. If it is frozen then you will not get solid water pressure out the dispenser. Remove it by pushing in on the john guess tubing fittings rings as you pull out on the tubing. You may be able to thaw it out slowly in a warm sink water. It seems more likely that the water valve on the unit is bad, part # 5220JB2008A then the water filter head part # 5230JA2003A. Thank You.
