My ice maker tray twisted and popped the insulation piece and plastic retaining piece off the bottom of it into the ice maker and I did not know it until it came out in pieces when I got ice. the other day. I ordered a new ice tray thinking that those pieces were part of it but they are not and I cannot find them on a diagram to order them, Can you please help me out with how to get those pieces?

Ice maker will not dump ice from freezer tray into the bin. There is ice cubes inside the tray. When I push the on/off the tray makes a slight move up and down (1/8 "). Don't know if a connection but I just changed the filter. It did function twice in the last 2 days. One tray each time. Sure would appreciate some input. Thanks for your help Skip

Latest Questions

The ice cube tray seems to be stuck in the "dump" position and will not return to the correct position to refill with water. All of the water that is supposed to dispense into the tray, just spills out of the ice maker door?

Then after an hour or so come to use it again and the cubes come out crushed and there is ice formed again on the dispenser.
