Answer Pam, Based on the information provided it sounds like the main control board may be faulty causing the error.

Answer Bob, You will want to check the damper that is located behind the multi-duct assembly MCZ54121501 in the refrigerator compartment. It sounds as if the duct is not closing when the temperature is where is should be. This would allow air migration back into the refrigerator compartment from the freezer and cause the crispers to freeze.

Answer Tom, Based on the description it sounds like the issue would be in the dispenser control board 6871JB1432A.

Answer George, You will want to check the wiring at the top of the door first to see if there is a loose or broken connection. You will also want to check the main PCB to make sure that it is receiving signal back from the dispenser to allow the ice and water to work. The voltage should be 12 vdc and if you are not getting this then you will want to also check the dispenser control to make sure that you are getting 12vdc there.
