I get an eo error when goes into rinse spin cycle . It does not spin or drain just sits there. I do here a noise like stones turning, however, took pump assembly out and do not know which is bad the assembly has 2 pumps 1 for drainage and 1 for circulation. From info given can you tell me I have inspecter hoses and both pumps have no debree in them as I can tell.

Hello - The bottom rack of my dishwasher is not cleaning and the soap dispenser is opening but not being cleaned out. I checked the spray arm- it is clean and moving freely. The filter is pretty dirty- but would that be causing the problem? Thanks

Hello, It looks that the pump for my washer is broke. The motor still works, but there's a noise coming from the pump when it's on and, obviously, it doesn't evacuate water. The water still goes through the pump, regardless if it's on or off. Please, can you help me locate the right pump for my washer? Many thanks, Victor

Latest Questions

Can you confirm that 4681EA2002H recirculating pump replaces 4681EA2001S and will fit on the LG wm3677hw washer/dryer combo? Ours looks like it has the older 4681EA2001S on it currently. The existing part has a plastic cover/shield on it that is not shown in any of the pictures for either part. Do you think that will fit over 4681EA2002H, or is it unnecessary?

I hooked everything up, water no leaks, drain all tight, electric tucked away, in place and all level. Water valves open, I try all the different cycles, yet NO WATER. Do I need a new pump? Is that a simple part swap? I hear the motor humming, yet no water. No kinks in the lines. This unit is about 5 years old, the last 18 months it was in storage in my shed, cold and hot PA.

I am trying to determine if I need the recirculation motor or the drain pump. I intermittently get a DE error, but seems to drain fine for the most part. Once I had debris in the drain filter, cleaned it and it worked fine. It threw another DE error, checked the filter no debris, drained fine. I hear water draining down the drain. However, I hear a humming like a motor is stuck/froze. I hear it sometimes during the wash cycle, but mostly during the rinse/spin cycle. It has been doing this for a while now. I am wondering if the recirculation motor is what is bad and is what is causing the intermittent DE error. I have seen the repair video for the drain pump motor. I am assuming the recirc motor is on the other side of the assembly and gets replaced in the same manner. Is this correct? What do you suggest?
