Answer Hello Tom. You can test the thermistor 6871ER2089A and see if it is bad. You should read between 2.5-180K ohms. If not, replace the thermistor. If so, replace the control. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
