Answer Hello Brian. Test for power to the compressor. If none is there and the fans run, replace the main control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Edd, Sounds like you either have a sealed system restriction, a sealed system leak, or an inefficient compressor. In any of the listed situations, you will have to have a freon certified technician perform the repair as per federal laws concerning the proper handling of freon.

Answer Hi Phillip. You Might have 2- seperate issues. First of all , has it been 6-mos or more that you have replaced the water filter? This will primarily cause the issues you have. This part # is 5231JA2002A. Take the ice- bin out. Clean the ice frozen chips from under the auger with warm sink water. Clear out the cutter blades,and make sure that the unit works freely. Then either let the sun dry it completly out side or wipe it very dry. Reinstall the bin so the auger motor fits male to female so the bin will not keep the door open. The ice Tray is part # 3390JA1150A. This will bind with the water mineral build up and stop ejection of the cubes. Hope this helps. Thank you.
