Where can I find my model number?

We keep getting UE error right before our machine goes into spin cycle (with 10 minutes remaining). It won't spin and clothes just soaked. I thought it was either shocks or rotator sensor so I replaced all 3 shocks (at least 2 were bad) and the sensor, but we are still getting error. Do I need to change pcb assembly main? Thank you for your help!

Answer Hello Wwlyle. IMBALANCE ERROR • The load is too small. • The appliance is tilted. • Laundry is gathered to one side. • Non distributable things are put into the drum. If shocks and sensor are new, and the wiring is good, replace the control board.

Washer doesnt turn on replaced noise filter no change. Dont see any lights on main board.

Answer Hello Andy. Test for power going to the control board. If there is power there and it does not work, replace the control board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. This washing mashin don't take water in fact teak water only in tub clean process but not in the other processes I want to know which part is cousing the problem so I can replace it

Answer Hi Jahja. You will need to replace the main control board part # EBR32816703. Make sure the water valve inlet screens are clear. Use a bucket to flush out the hoses as you inspect the water valve inlet screens. Valve part # 134190200. Thank You.
