Getting error message 67 in freezer. Refrigerator has no lights, fan and compressor are both working. Freezer is cooling but refrigerator is not. No frost build up on back of freezer. All forums that I have came across indicate to replace the control board I would just like to confirm that this would be my problem.

Answer Hello Scott. You will need to test and see if there is power coming to the controls and lights inside the refrigerator. If there is power at the connection, you may have a wiring issue. This can cause the damper not to open in the fresh food, and the freezer will work fine, but not the fresh food. If there is no power there, it sounds like the main control board EBR36222901 is bad on the unit and will need to be replaced. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
