I'm having a problem reading the displays on my stove. The clock and the burner digital displays are missing pieces so they cannot be read. The burners and all other features seem to be working. Thanks

I am replacing the main control board. The part I received looks different than the original. I received part number ebr74632601. Also a few of the plugs are upside down compared to the original. They will all go in but they are in a slight different position. There is also a black wire soldered to the new board that says Jumper. The original board does not have this. Just wondering if I need to make some adjustments ir if I have the wr0ng part. Thanks.

If you open the oven door while it is heating up, the display will read power failure and the convection heat icon flashes. The door switch seems to be ok, but the oven light doesn't work.. I replaced the transformer as well as the oven sub control . The main board was replaced as part of the recall. When the tech replaced the board I mistakenly left the oven light bulb out, when I replaced the bulb the display went back to power failure.

Latest Questions

All plugs are the same except terminals CN10 and CN11 and CN12 and CN14, they seem to be upside down and a few other differences in board but all other plugs plug in. Can I get some instruction on how to install the part.

My oven just started superheating as well. I've replaced the temp sensor and just tested and the problem persists. What would be the next step in diagnosing and fixing this problem. Would love to have my oven back before Thanksgiving.
