The ice drops down but the flap will not open ton let the ice out, what part do you need to replace to fix this?

Answer Hello Steve. You will need to test and see if there is power coming to the solenoid assembly 6421JB2002P. If so, and the door does not open, you will need to replace the solenoid assembly. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
