My ice maker and water dispenser are not working and the green light on the ice maker is not "on" even though the switch is in the "I" position. Everything I read is pointing to the main control board. (EBR41956418) does this sound right to you? Both water and ice stopped at the same time leading me to reason that it has to be a common element which would be the board. Thanks for your time. David

My LG is just over 2 years old and I have lost both the freezer and refrigerator operations. Freezer thawed and refrigerator is warm. I was told that replacing the Mother Board (assume Power Control Assembly) would rectify the situation. Does this sound reasonable? Thank you.
