We had a power outage, now the dispenser is acting erratically, beeps from time to time and locks out the buttons momentarily when it does. The water has slowed to a trickle. Fridge and freezer seem to work fine. Is this the control board or something else?

Hi, I was on vacation, came hm to a non working fridge. I unplugged it, plugged it back in, all the lights inside and on display come on. Then it shuts off in a few mins. I took the cover off the back and the top where the motherboard is. The compressor is not hot to the touch. The starter relay is a little warm. The fan is working. When I look at the motherboard, (While running), I hear a slight metal buzzing sound. There are two parts on that motherboard that are super hot to the touch. The larger metal silver 6 prong looking, located at the left side near top, at location IC2. Right under that is a part labeled 05320, black plastic looking with copper looking coils under it. Those 2 are very hot to the touch. I'm wondering if these are overheating and causing the unit to shut off? Do I need to replace the entire motherboard? Should I start with replacing the starter relay? Please let me know. THanks
