Refrigerator dispenses ice but not water. I can hear it working. I replaced filter with no change. Also cap isn't closing. What else should I check?

My icemaker is leaking water into the ice bin compartment. I've looked to see if it is overfilling. No matter what size ice I make I still have ice build up from the water leaking in bin area.

My washer stopped filling. I cleaned out the screens for both the hot and cold supply. There is 120vac getting to all four solenoid coils (checked connectors with a meter)(1-hot)(3-cold) still no water getting into washer. You can hear the coils energizing, but they do not open. I think it is the coils on the solenoids except it would be really odd that 4 solenoids would fail at the same time. Any ideas??

I have the same problem as above where the water dispenser works, but the ice maker will not fill with water. If I manually fill it with water, it makes ice. I have everything apart but can't figure out where the solenoid would be located. Also, how can I tell if the water line is frozen? Should I be able to blow through it? I presume not. I need to order some part from my fridge from here so need to identify asap if it's a solenoid problem. Please help!
