Answer Hello Irene, The motor harness is the mass of wires that lead to the motor. I would do this before trying anything else: Unplug each connector and re-connect it one at a time and as you do, inspect the ends of each one. Many times a wire will lose connection inside the harness and this causes intermittent problems which can be next to impossible to locate and correct. Most of the issues with these units are poor connections. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Answer Hello Don. Feel the inner basket assembly and see if the inner basket feels loose. If so, you need to replace the ball bearings 4280FR4048K and 4280FR4048C and the seal 4036ER2003A. This is the reason you are having the issue with the unit. Usually the stator does not cause this issue.

Answer Hello Gary. Disassemble the back cover. Remove the bolt. Pull out the Rotor. Unscrew the 2 screws from the tub bracket. Remove the 6 bolts on the stator. Unplug the 2 connectors from the stator 4417FA1994H. Reinstall in reverse order. Hope this helps.
