Answer Hello Eric. It sounds like there is a venting issue causing the unit to blow. Check the blower wheel and all the venting on the unit. If all is good, then you need to see if the heater is cycling on and off. If not, replace the main board on the unit.

Answer Hello William. If the unit is heating, then you have an air flow issue. Check the blower wheel and the air duct inside the unit for clogs.

Answer Hi Matt. You may have a shorted heating element that is only partially heating. The element part # is 5301EL1001J. Check the thermistor that is by the back of the blower hsg. It should read 10 Ohms at room temperature. Check all your thermostats for clos or 5 ohms or less. Thank You.

Answer Hi Deborah. Replace the thermistor on top of the blower wheel hsg. part # is 6323EL2001B. The thermostat is part # 6931EL3002A,also located on top. The igniter is commonly to open and not allow heat. It is part # 5318EL3001A. Located in the burner funnel. The high limit thermostat is resettable now is part # 5318EL3001A. Located in front,Lt. side of the funnel. All accessed through the front as you release the drum belt tension and remove the drum. Thank you.
