How do I replace the water line where it goes into the water filter. The line broke and I can replace at the valve at the bottom of the frig but cant figure how to get to the end of the line where it enters the filter.

Answer Hi Dave. Where the tube enters the filter there are what is called a John Guess fitting. There is a surrounding red or blue ring the tube passes through. You need to press in on this "ring"and pull out the tube at the same time. It releases the tubing. Conversely, it will grab the tubing firmly as it is pushed in all the way. This locks and unlocks the tube. The tube is part # 5210JA3004K. The filter head is part # 5230JA2003A. Thank You.
Is part #AP4445606 the thicker hose in back of the refridgerator in modle LRSC26912SW and if so would you give me some tips on how to install it? Thank you for your help.

Answer Hello Jesse. 5210JA3005A is the tube that goes to the icemaker, and 5210JA3004K goes to the water filter. The ends of the line connections, press in and the lines pull out of the connectors. Hope this helps.
