Answer James, We do not have step by step instructions but here is what you will need to do. Turn off the water supply to unit. Once off you will disconnect the elbow at the top of cabinet by pushing in on the ring around the tube. You may need to remove a clip under the ring. pull the lower cover off and expose the water valve. Remove the tube from the water valve the same way that you removed the upper elbow. Once this is done then you will go to the front of the unit and remove the filter and housing assembly. Once loose pull the housing all the way out including the tubing. Disconnect the tubing that needs to be replaced and install new one. Reinstall all components.

Answer Scott, To replace the PE tube, you will need to shut off water and disconnect the line from the water valve. Once this is done you will need to pull the air duct assembly from the refrigerator compartment and remove the water filter head. Disconnect the water line from the filter head and pull out. Reinsert new tube and run to water valve and reinstall all components.

Answer Hello Margaret. To remove the hose, push it into the valve hard while pushing the ring around the hose toward the valve. While still pushing on the ring, pull the hose from the valve. To reinstall you simply push the hose into the valve and then push hard until it slips a little further in. Once it "pops" a little further in, pull on the hose to seat it in the valve. Of course reinstall the ring. No special tools are needed other than patience and possibly a pair of gloves to prevent getting hurt in the small spaces behind the unit. Thank You.
