This heater looks different than the one in my appliance Where can I get assistance or instructions for installing part in appliance?

Answer Hello Sheree. Remove the back wall in the freezer and unplug the old heater. Remove the clips holding the heater and remove the heater from the evaporator coils. Once removed, you will install the new heater 502415000078 in the same location as the old heater. Make sure you get it secured to the coils so it does not drop down.
