My Repair & Advice
First of all, last year when my wine refrigerator broke I thought I would have to buy a new one as it seemed that there isn't much that can go wrong with a wind frig and therefore a service call and parts would be more than the frig is worth. BUT- before throwing the darn thing away I thought I would check the internet one more time and lo and behold- I found out that the starter that goes on the compressor was probably what was bad. I watched a video on how to take the part off and get the part # and then got on the Appliance Part Pros website and of course found the part right away for $23. 4 days went by and AppliancePros website still hadn't sent out my part even though it was listed as in stock- so I emailed them and got an answer back WITHIN AN HOUR!! Customer service apologized for the delay and did not charge me the shipping fee and sent my part out that same day. That is AMAZING customer service!! So the part arrived and it took me about 5-10 minutes to fix the problem and and I was back in business with my wine frig! My husband said why don't you go buy that new Michael Kors pocketbook you want with the money you saved? I laughed and told him he wasn't getting off that cheap-- I have a new stove picked out for my Florida house kitchen instead. BAHAHAHAHAHA! I love fixing my stuff and Appliance Pros is the FIRST and often times only place I check for parts because the prices are good and the customer service is GREAT- so WHY go somewhere else?
