Answer Jeff, If you are having to turn the shaft of the timer to get the unit to start then the problem would be in the timer even though the timer has just been replaced.

Answer Mark, You will want to check to see if the compressor is running. More than likely the relay 501499900403 or compressor 501440600073 has failed.
