Appliance: Model AMANA MICROWAVE MVH250W
My Repair & Advice
Our Amana microwave is 14 years old. It has a built in range hood with removable grease filters which have become hopelessly clogged over the years. Our stove is used everyday, often for stir fry cooking and searing meats before roasting. Both of these cooking methods release lots of oils which the grease filters trap. I've washed them but they finally became so clogged they were opaque with trapped grease. I ordered replacements for both grease filters as well as the charcoal filter which is installed under the range hood cover. The parts arrived on the day promised and I installed them in less than 5 minutes. Good price. Fast delivery. Thank you, appliancepartspros.
