My Repair & Advice
I purchased replacement part (AP3204127), watched video, and tried to do what the nice man said. Mostly everything was good. However, one big step did not go as illustrated: "Press in on the two tabs on the side of the ice bucket to release the ice crusher. Then remove the assembly." This implies the tabs press in, but they do not. The instruction should be: "Pry the sides of the ice bucket out with a screw driver so that the tabs are no longer engaged. Do one at a time to avoid straining the plastic too much. Use a second screw driver to pry the ice crusher assembly away from the ice bucket. Keep the first side of the ice crusher wedged in place while repeating on the second tab. Be sure to return the first side of the ice bucket, as much as possible, to its original position to allow the second side to be pried out. This may take a while." All other steps were very straightforward.
