It was so simple, we placed the order on Fri and it was at our door on Sat. All we needed to do was pull the old knob off and place the new know on. Easy, easy, easy.
The hardest part was making sure to order the right part but even that was easy. In fact, we tried working with GE directly and they were awful! They would not help us without a model number from the cooktop, which we could not get because it was securely mounted down.
