The oven was basically not useable.
After determining that the sensor arm was defective, I ordered the replacement from Appliance Parts Pros. Ordering was easy - entered the model and serial number into the web site, and there were assembly drawings with part numbers. This is quite impressive and made ordering the correct part very easy. Most important, the part was in stock. It was shipped the same day and arrived the next day.
The video detailing how to install the sensor arm was quite explicit. Once the part was received, it took me 10 minutes to install and test.
Great service and most of all the prices for the assembly as well as shipping were extremely reasonable.
