My Repair & Advice
First I ordered a replacement from the Manufacturer - giving them the serial number, model number, etc. They billed me for the correct part, but sent the wrong part by mail. Then I went to your website and ordered from you - the correct part arrived quickly and I easily installed it. As a property manager for several vacation rental homes, I've had opportunity to use your services on several occasions. I'm always sent the correct part, in a timely manner, at a very reasonable price. Next time I'll order from you FIRST - and skip messing around with the manufacturer (who still hasn't responded to my email about returning the incorrect part they sent me).
