My Repair & Advice
I spent hours searching for the right trays, knowing only that the stove is GE, and what the trays look like, including exact dimensions. I ordered one set that had exact measurements, and they even explained how the measurements are taken. But the trays were larger than described by 3/8 inch, and I had to pay shipping to return them. I suggested that they correct their description, but the lady did not think I was right. I said just measure them yourself, as per the method that your website describes.
The owner of the stove returned from her summer overseas trip and pulled the owner's manual. The manual, which supports several models, tells where to find the stove model, which is on the front leg of the stove - you have to open the bottom drawer to see it.
Armed with the stove's model number, I was then able to quickly locate the proper trays on your web site. I found your web site very well done, the trays were priced quite fairly, and the shipment arrived more quickly than I was expecting. After all the hassle I went through, it was quite a relief to see that the trays were the proper size. And what a difference the new trays make!
