My Repair & Advice
Much simpler than expected. You have to remove the cartridge containing the two burners, then dissemble the plate at the bottom to access the burners, It only requires unscrewing approx six screws holding the access cover and 2 screws at the front that hold the ignition "prongs". One you remove the bottom plate you have full access to the burners from the bottom. You then have to unscrew the screws that hold the gas supply tube to the burner and the igniter. from the burner you are replacing. The burner comer right out and you simply replace it with the new burner and reassemble it careful not to over-tighten screws and strip them. Pay attention to the position of the new burner so that it is lined up so that your igniter wire will reach fully back to where the prongs go through the cartridge. When you see it it will be obvious. Reassemble everything and test.
