My Repair & Advice
We first took the unit to a local air conditioning repair company we do business with. I told them what I thought was wron with it. They kept the unit several day. They called us and told us it was not repairable. After gathering all the numbers off the unit I thought I would need, I began searching on line. I found your company and found the part. Thought I work to repair the unit. The web site was easy to maneuver and immediately received my e-mail confirmation. Within a couple of days it came. It took about 20 minutes to put the part on and replace it back into the wall. We put the unit back in the wall, turned it on and it was fixed.
I guess the repair company just didn't want to take the time to find the part for us.
