My Repair & Advice
The Acorn-nut at the bottom of the hopper is a left-hand thread, remove the disk (Stainless-steel) below it to unscrew grind-adjustment ring off the grinder. Below the ring you will see the lower burr, and 3 Pins with springs. Remove the pins and springs, set them safely aside. Use something thin/sharp to clean the coffee bits in the screws holding the burrs, and remove them. Taking care not to gouge the supports, gently pry the old burrs loose. Only two-screws hold each burr, but the fit of the supports is quite tight. Clean all coffee residue away before installing new burrs.
The screws should be tight, but don't use excessive force. Reinstall grind-ring, disk and acorn-nut. Spin adjustment-ring untill it lightly touches burr-against-burr, (This can be felt by spinning the acornnut on the motor-shaft)...back off the ring untill it spins freely, I recommend another 2-3 turns to insure clearance. Even though the arrow-markings on the grind-ring show 'clockwise' rotation for Finer coffee, you actually will have to spin in a 'counter-clockwise' direction or the burrs will clash and be damaged.
