My Repair & Advice
I had to thaw out the ice maker . Take it off . thaw the ice buildup in the water outlet tube and on the inside of the refrigerator and behind the panel . .reinstall ice maker , then replace water inlet valve # 2315576 at back of refrigerator .
Turned the refrigerator back on . water started to fill ice maker within minutes . so far has been making ice normally for the last 48 hours .
Thanks to the videos of both installing ice maker and the water inlet valve , I was surprised at how easy it was .
It only took about 20 minutes to install water inlet valve . It took over an hour to thaw the ice buildup and take off and reinstall ice maker .
I would say that flushing out the flexible water line from the refrigerator to where it is connected to water supply should always be done . I was surprised at the stuff that built up in the line .
