Will this wire work between the dryer thermostat and heating element?

The wiring burned into right at the edge of the crimped wire terminal/connector that plugs into the burner assembly. There is no extra wire length to crimp a new connector on. So, I need wire, wire-nut and terminal/connector to patch. Will this wire work and which terminal/connector and wire-nut?
Thanks John

Answer Hello John,
The ignitor wire is part number 31941701. Ceramic wire nuts are part number 83488. As far as the connectors go, we don't show any 1/8 inch but the 3/16 inch should work. If not you can call our toll free number:Be sure to get uninsulated as the insulated ones will melt if exposed to high temperatures. I'm guessing that you have already checked on availability of the harness assembly. If there were a model number I would check on it for you. This should get you going though. Be sure to crimp the connectors with a crimping tool as crimping with pliers will many times not get a good enough contact and will burn off again.
