You will need to open the control panel to access the control board. The two wires that connect to the board that are larger are the two wires that connect the heating circuit to the control board. Shooting resistance through this circuit should show a resistive value below 200 ohms. If it does, replace the control board. If not, you will need to go through the circuit and test the heating element, the wiring harness, the thermostat, and the door switch. All of these are in the circuit and will have to be tested to locate the bad part.
