Answer Hello Jessie. You can replace the bake element. Unplug the unit and remove the screws inside th oven securing the bake element. Pull the element out and remove the wires off the old bake element. Install the new element in reverse order.

My oven made a pop and the bottom element was hot in one spot, now neither element gets hot. Do I replace both elements?
Donald for Model Number fef365asd
Answer Hello Donald. No, you need to test the elements and see if either one is bad. If so, replace the bad element. If there is not 240 volts coming to the elements, but they are coming to the unit, you will need to replace the control board as well on the unit.
You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
