My Repair & Advice Featured Story
I went to your site and checked all the possibilities that could be part of the problem. Through your site and the wonderful information provided in your videos (Matt, you are the the greatest!), I was able to replace several things; such like the dog agitators, the clutch etc. When I received the items they were from the same company that made my washer. The machine still was not working "perfectly " yet so I went back to your site. I decided to order the short cam agitator kit. I took my Kindle to the laundry room and viewed the video several times. Followed all the instructions, however since I did not find a tool like the spanner wrench anywhere I decided to tighten and inspect everything i did before and wait until the machine starts to "act up" again. Days later I was at your site again, went to FAQ and Matt gave the number of the item above. I decided that at my age, (64), and no one to help me (Well, Except with God's help), when the machine messes up again I will be ready to remove the spanner nut in no time.
In other words I want to say that your company is wonderful regarding the prices, products, information on how to install the parts, (my friends at the town hardware could not believe I replaced the clutch), and the great costumer service by everyone in your place. I was not able to use the spanner wrench now but I know I will be able to use it and replace the part in no time.
The answers below are answered that way because I did not have the wrench when I dismantled the washer, otherwise , it would not have taken me so long using the wrong tools. My recommendation to you guys is that maybe you should tell the costumers , for example, you are going to need these tools and if not available refer them where to get them. Other wise I am 100% satisfy with you and have told many people about your company. Thanks for everything.
