We are getting a black, grease-like stain when we run "hot" water cycle. I removed the agitator and found grease on the stem and underside of agitator. Will the seal repair kit fix this? thanks...

I have a Whirlpool washer that appears to be leaking from the center of the tub. I suspect the centerpost gasket. My model number does not appear in any listing I can find on your site. The Kenmore site lists 383727 as my part number. I would like to confirm this so I don't waste time and money. i would also like to purchase the correct spanner wrench but once again my model is not listed. Thanks, Bruce Hoyt

Hi, my kenmore 80 series top load washing machine leaks from underneath center above the clutch housing.I have changed the centerpost gasket and the leak persists. Should I suspect leak is coming from transmission stem seal and if so would I need a special tool? I already have a spanner wrench.
